The Isle of Snakes has a problem. Too many people suffering from snakebites. The island decides to build a hospital in one of it’s towns. The population of each town is a follows:

 

Abbeytown : 100

Boulder Rock : 200

Centreville : 700

Delta : 400

Embleton : 600

 

For safety people always travel by the roads shows, never cross country (and no—the island does not have an Air Ambulance yet!).

 

Where is the best place to build the hospital and why?
